Andrew Muir (CEO)

ANDREW MUIR

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

Andrew has been instrumental in driving significant value for the business for over 20 years. Since his appointment as CEO and Managing Director of The Muir Group in 2019, Andrew has spearheaded a new strategic direction alongside the Board and Senior Leadership Team.

As CEO, Andrew champions our customer-centric approach while overseeing safety, people management and financial performance. He also leads the implementation of our strategy under the three key areas of expansion, value creation and modernisation.

Under his leadership, Andrew created a business environment and structure to deliver the next stages of the business evolution. The business is well-placed to take advantage of significant future opportunities.

GREG LINSDELL

Chief Operating Officer

Greg was appointed the Muir Group's Chief Operating Officer in 2021. A proven leader within the business, Greg has held previous positions, including General Manager - Operations of Muirs. He directs the strategy and operations of the brick-and-mortar regional and branch network and oversees the operational activities of other business units with The Muir Group.

A strong believer in the development of people, Greg works through his leadership structure to ensure his employers are focused and equipped to provide the high level of innovative and quality customer service and support that The Muir Group is renowned for.

YAKOOB MUHAMMAD

Chief Financial Officer

With qualifications in accounting and finance, Yakoob oversees the critical functions of finance and administration. His team manages the processes for the financial forecasting and budgets and oversees the preparation of all financial reporting.

Yakoob provides strategic recommendations to the Board, the CEO, members of the Senior Leadership Team and leaders on long-term business and financial planning.

He works closely with the CEO to manage compliance, risk management, and business and financial affairs to support the Group's expansion, value creation, and modernisation strategies.

ELIZABETH GREGORY

People and Culture Manager

Elizabeth brings extensive human resource leadership experience in sales and commercial businesses. As People & Culture Manager, she is charged with the key responsibility of developing strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining the very best talent to ensure the high level of innovation and customer service that the Muir Group prides itself on. Adhering to our core values of integrity and compliance, Elizabeth oversees the implementation of Human Resource policies and practices that meet the expectations of our Board of Directors. This propels our company's sustained success and ongoing contribution to Australia's prosperity.

Beyond workforce development, her role is instrumental in creating a synergistic atmosphere. Collaborating closely with the Executive and Management teams, fostering leadership and optimising performance, ensuring our human resource strategies are in seamless alignment with the Muir Group's broad business goals.
